I’ve always been fascinated by the human mind - what shapes our thoughts, emotions and behaviours, and what makes us who we are. That natural curiosity, along with a strong desire to help others, is what led me to become a counsellor. Having personally navigated years of infertility struggles, including multiple rounds of IVF and pregnancy loss - and now balancing parenthood with professional life - I understand how overwhelming life’s challenges can be.

Through my own journey, I’ve learned the power of slowing down and reconnecting with what truly matters. Pressing pause on burnout, overthinking and the constant push to keep going is what shaped my counselling approach today. I’m passionate about helping others step back, reflect and move forward with clarity and purpose.

I hold a Diploma in Counselling and a degree majoring in Psychology from the University of Sydney. My counselling style is integrative, drawing on CBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy and mindfulness practices to tailor support to each client’s unique needs.

At the heart of my work is a simple goal: to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s going on for you, build self-awareness, and take meaningful steps towards personal growth.
